To cover these costs: • Apple Pay: + 3% fee • Cash App: + $2 fee ✔️ Avoiding Fees To avoid extra charges, you may pay with Zelle or Cash Cancellation Policy: -Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Any appointment changed or canceled within 24 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee. No-call/no-show appointments will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service and may result in being added to the booking ban list. To maintain fairness and keep the schedule running smoothly, multiple reschedules for the same appointment are not allowed. If you reschedule more than once, the appointment may be canceled and you will be required to rebook with a new deposit. There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. At 15 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be added to your service total. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and you will need to book a new appointment, forfeiting your deposit.
